Peachtree Data Repair Upload

For security reasons, your IP address is recorded on all uploads.
	This page allows you to arrange for repair of a damaged Peachtree for Windows company. We do not support Peachtree for DOS/Peachtree Classic or the Peachtree 2000 platform. We are notified by e-mail once your Peachtree back-up file has been transferred. If your upload file is greater than 25 MB in size, please call 800-724-0315 to arrange for an alternate upload site.
	Step 1: Choose your service level:
	Regular Data Repair - $450 (typically one to two business days) Express Data Repair - $650 (guaranteed one business day turn-around)
	Step 2: Enter your name:

	Step 3: Enter your e-mail address:

	Step 4: Enter your phone number:

	Step 5: (Optional) Copy and paste the report from our free Peachtree Data Checker. This will streamline the initial repair process for the technician.

	Step 6: Provide a description of the error or problem that you're encountering with your Peachtree for Windows company:

	Step 7: Click Browse to select your Peachtree back-up file (.PTB) or compressed archive of your company folder (.ZIP): (How do I create a back-up file (.PTB) or compressed archive (.ZIP)?)

	Step 8: Click Upload to begin transferring your file!

Note: A pop up window with a progress bar will appear appear when you click "Upload". You will also receive a confirmation message once your file has been uploaded. Please do not close this window or hit Stop/Cancel in your browser until you are notified that the transfer was successful. BE PATIENT! IT MAY TAKE 15 MINUTES OR MORE TO UPLOAD YOUR DATA FILES!
	We will contact you as soon as your Peachtree data has been recovered. You will be able to download your repaired company immediately after you pay for the service. We'll provide a private link to your data through our online store. (How do I create a restore my company after it has been repaired?)
